Vul de snoekbaars met de tuinkruiden. Snijd de uien en aardappelen (ca. 0,5 cm dik) naar wens en bedek de uien met de aardappelplakjes. Meng 2 theelepels geroosterde aardappelkruiden met 3-4 eetlepels olijfolie en giet dit over de aardappelschijfjes en breng op smaak met een beetje zout en peper.
